I am writing this article for all the newbies who want to redirect their blog to custom domain/who want to put domain on their blog. I had also suffered a lot in this topic when I was a newbie in blogging. I will try my best to guide newbie bloggers in this topic.
OK let's start here.
At first, log in to your blog dashboard.
1. Go to setting>>basic . There you can see "blog address" ; in that field , click on "Add a custom domain" and enter your domain name there.
2. You will see an error message and you will get two Cnames composed of Name , label or host And Destination, target or point to.
Note: First Cname is same for all bloggers i.e Name being :www and destination : ghs.google.com.
Second Cname is unique and differs from each bloggers.

3. Now goto your Domain's control panel and in DNS management , you will find "Cnames" and "A record". Add both Cnames that you have got from your blogger dashboard.
4. In "A record" field , you have to create 4 different A-records which point four different Google's IP.
216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21
5. Now After some hours (It may take 1-2 days) Google will verify that you are the real owner that domain .
6. After some hour (it may take 1-2 days) log in to your blogger dashboard and follow step -1 above.
7. Now your blog will redirect to your domain.
